VanNoppen Marketing's power-house design team tackled everything from clothing to signage for Thornwell Books. A clean black and white palette accented with vertical type placement and strong lines were the hallmarks of the brand. Brand collateral adopted black on white designs, while purchasable merch and swag items took on a white on black theme.

Since COVID was going to be a factor when Thornwell Books opened, VanNoppen made custom masks with the icon logo.
For the staff and for merch sales, VanNoppen designed super soft crew sweatshirts with the Thornwell Books logo down the sleeve. (I'm wearing one now.)

A massive building sign with LED lighting brought attention to Thornwell Books location in their historic downtown building.
A custom website with book reviews, wish lists, events and more launched in conjunction with the grand opening.

VanNoppen Marketing was delighted to be chosen to develop the new mascot logo for NCSSM-Morganton: Home of the Dragons. Our creative team worked with NCSSM staff and students to create a fierce dragon logo to represent the school's fiery new mascot.
Naturally, VanNoppen Marketing was thrilled to develop the branding for local startup, The Paper. A community-owned local newspaper, The Paper's new logo incorporates historic buildings from downtown Morganton with a bold modern serif font.
VanNoppen Marketing designed and developed a new brand package for Biltmore Family Office that conveyed BFO's professionalism while retaining the unique symbology of their roots. Brand guidelines, marketing collateral, presentation templates, signage, office merch and dog bandanas followed suit.
