VanNoppen Marketing seeks a Marketing Coordinator to assist our vibrant team with key accounts and marketing projects. This position offers direct exposure to a wide array of industries, client companies and marketing efforts and serves an excellent growth opportunity.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Assist with client projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain/Organize project calendars and timelines
- Sit in on meetings as needed for note-taking, action items, scheduling
- Schedule meetings and assist with email management
- Assist with projects and task management
- Collect and send information related to specific projects for clients and coworkers
- File and asset management
- Compile reports for clients, projects and tasks
- Proof content, documents, and marketing materials
- Continue to learn and use marketing tools and software (eg: website CMS platform, Adobe)
- Create marketing content for digital campaigns and platforms
- Assist with graphics, email marketing and social media content / engagement
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Experience working with Adobe Acrobat or other PDF software programs
- Excel/Google Sheets spreadsheet skills
- Experience with Google Workspace preferred (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.) or Microsoft Office
- Experience with computer operating systems, Mac OS preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Superb organization skills
- Excellent copywriting and email etiquette
- Customer Service experience or similar skillset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to discern information and prioritize items to help the Directors’ offices run smoothly
- Must be flexible, able to multi-task and effectively handle disruptions and interruptions while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor
- Detail oriented
- Document formatting skills
- A high degree of confidentiality
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $22/hr pay; 20hrs per week
- Potential to become a full-time, salaried employee
- Paid 1hr lunch
- Mileage will be reimbursed at the current federal rate
